Roam is a conscious living retreat built with love and intention. We are here to create connection. We strive to do so through high quality retreats, yoga classes, mindfulness, workshops, trainings, & ceremony.
We are an intimate 4 acres nestled into the lush terrain of Isla Solarte’s jungle canopy. Isla Solarte, a part of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, is 8km of pristine jungle in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, only a 5 minute boat ride from town.

Each of our spaces is unique and thoughtfully designed with the conscious traveler in mind. All rooms feature beautiful jungle or sea views, pillow-top mattresses, private porches, complimentary snorkel gear, and a fresh breakfast served each morning over the water in our eatery, Juntos.
Every room includes complimentary coffee and a French press, along with access to a refrigerator or mini fridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. Several of our accommodations also feature private kitchens, offering additional flexibility for longer stays and those who enjoy preparing their own meals.
At ROAM, we strive to create a place that feels en casa—comfortable, cared for, and deeply relaxing. Spend your days swaying in a hammock, enjoying the ocean breeze, exploring jungle trails, or snorkeling the reef just steps from your room.

Where is ROAM Yoga & Wellness?
ROAM is on Isla Solarte in the Bocas del Toro archipelago, Panama, a 5-minute boat ride from Bocas Town. The property is 4 acres of jungle on the Caribbean Sea.
How do I get to ROAM?
Fly into Panama City (PTY), then take an Air Panama flight from Albrook Airport (PAC) to Bocas del Toro (BOC). Leave at least 3 hours between flights; many guests spend one night in Panama City. From Bocas, the island is a short boat ride away. See Getting Here for details.
What comes with a room?
Every room has jungle or sea views, a pillow-top mattress, a private porch, coffee with a French press, a fridge and free snorkel gear. A fresh breakfast is served each morning over the water at Juntos, our restaurant. Some rooms also have a private kitchen.
Can I do yoga during my stay?
Yes. Join the weekly community classes in our oceanfront yoga shala, or book a private session at special guest pricing. See Yoga Classes.
Is ROAM off-grid?
Yes. ROAM runs on solar power and rainwater that is triple filtered and UV treated, and you still have hot water and reliable Wi-Fi.
What food do you serve?
Fresh, mostly plant-based meals, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. We can accommodate most dietary needs.
