YOUR HOME on the roam
The ROAM Yoga & Wellness retreat center is the perfect home base for exploring the beauty of the Panamanian coast, space for exploring yourself in a wellness retreat, or a combination of these! We are nestled in nature with hot showers, strong fans, triple filtered water,wifi, laundry for purchase but as we are off-the-grid, no air conditioning. The nightly breeze is lovely as are the jungle sounds. Please remember, while we are a quick 7 minute boat ride to town, but we are still located in the jungle. This means you might see parrots, sloths, or red frogs,also lizards, snakes and insects.
