200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
This training is about you and your life. It is about your mind & body and how you might learn to be in a deeper relationship with both. This is an invitation to practice mindful awareness as you develop your innate intuition and present centered relationship to everything.
Our 25-day, Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher training (RYS 200) runs June 1-25 and September 1-25, 2027 on Isla Solarte, Bocas del Toro, Panama. It is open to all levels, capped at 15 students, and starts at $3,500 with lodging and all meals included.
