Where is the retreat located?
Roam Yoga & Wellness is an off-grid oceanfront eco-sanctuary on Isla Solarte, Bocas del Toro, Panama—7 minutes by boat from the main marina. Quiet, lush, and completely immersed in nature.
Do I need experience in yoga or astrology?
No. All sessions are designed for all levels. Astrology guidance is personalized and accessible, and yoga is taught with options for every body.
What does “Astro-Yoga” mean?
Each day is inspired by the Moon’s astrological sign, using its element and energy to shape your yoga, journaling, and embodiment practices. You’ll also receive a full chart reading.
What kind of food is served?
All meals are organic jungle-to-table, vegetarian-forward with optional local fish or chicken. We can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requests with advance notice.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes—we have Starlink and our Wifi is generally quite good. We encourage digital rest but you will be connected
How do I get to Roam?
Guests fly into Panama City → take a short flight to Bocas del Toro (BOC) → and we arrange a private boat pickup to Roam.
Are massages included?
One massage is included. Additional sessions may be booked for a fee.
What should I bring?
A packing list will be emailed before arrival—light clothing, swimwear, sun protection, insect repellent, and a journal.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many of our guests come solo. Roam is safe, welcoming, and community-focused.
Is the retreat refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining payments are refundable up to 60 days before the retreat
Will there be free time?
Yes. The retreat is designed with spacious afternoons for swimming, beach trips, reading, rest, or additional one-on-one chart support.

About the accommodation
Roam is a conscious living retreat built with love and intention. We are here to create connection. We strive to do so through high quality retreats, yoga classes, mindfulness, workshops, trainings, & ceremony.
We are an intimate 4 acres nestled into the lush terrain of Isla Solarte’s jungle canopy. Isla Solarte, a part of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, is 8km of pristine jungle in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, only a 5 minute boat ride from town.
Your options:
Casa florecer: Garden studio bungalow at the edge of the sea. Perfect for a couple or the solo traveler.
Apartamento Amanecer: Drenched in the Jungle with Ocean front views is double occupancy ( two twin beds)
Apartamento Atardecer: Located behind Apartamento Amanecer and connected by a bathroom this is a private single room.
Apartamento Agradecer: Flanked in flowers, This second story ocean view apartment is triple occupancy ( three twin beds)
Casa Crecer : Our Jungle Darling, This one story triple occupancy is jungle elegance at its finest. Private bathroom and balcony.
Casa Manifestar 1: This two story building has two seperate apartments. Each apartment has both jungle and ocean views, private bathroom, and private Balcony. Two twin beds in each apartment ( Or one King).

Reservation &
cancelation policy
The customer (person making this booking) agrees that any and all deposits or payments made to Roam Yoga & Wellness, to hold reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. The customer (person making this booking) agrees that any deposits or full payments made to Roam Yoga & Wellness , for specific retreats or events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final Payment for all individual reservations are required 2 weeks before your arrival. (This excludes any conditions placed on other retreats or events.) In making the payment, you agree to these terms.
Deposit
A. non-refundable $300 deposit is due to hold space in any ROAM YOGA & Wellness Retreat or Training. Retreats held on site at Roam Yoga & Wellness by 3rd party entities may hold a different charge.
Meals
Our meals are served in our over-the-water-eatery, Juntos. We are committed to a smaller carbon footprint and healthy meals made with ingredients from our own farm and those of neighboring properties. Our meals are mainly vegan. We typically provide egg options for breakfast (or lunch) and meat options (upon request with slight price increase. For those who need more food, and smoothies may be purchased via text from Juntos. If you think that you will be hungry at other times during the day, please bring extra snacks with you. We DO NOT provide individually cooked meals and we DO NOT provide kosher meals. You should also remember that while we are able to serve some gluten-free options, we are not a gluten-free kitchen.
Check In + Check Out Times
Our check-in time is at 2:00pm, and our check-out time is at 11:00am. All services at Roam Yoga & Wellness are not available on the day of check-in or check-out. This includes yoga classes, spa services, bar/juice services, etc. For guests leaving later than 11:00 AM, or arriving earlier than 2:00 PM, we are more than happy to keep your luggage secure and safe for you as you wait for your room to be ready. Being an all-inclusive retreat, Meals included in your stay: Dinner on the day of arrival; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on each full day; and breakfast on the day of departure. Mealtimes are typically: 8:30 breakfast 1:00 PM lunch 6:45 dinner Our kitchen is not available for special meals.
Refunds or Cancellations
Any and all payments made to Roam Yoga & Wellness are final and non-refundable.
A fee for any chargebacks on credit cards
If any chargebacks are made, a 25% administration fee will be deducted.
The Impossibility of Performance
I agree that Roam Yoga & Wellness will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, pandemics, fire, blockades, government order, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancelations Due To Covid19/Pandemics
Any monies paid to Roam Yoga & Wellness will be able to be used within a one year from the date that your local and/ or Panamanian government restrictions are lifted.
Privacy Policy and Legal Statement
Roam Yoga & Wellness is committed to maintaining the strictest confidence of all information relating to our guests and entered on our website. The information you provide will be for the exclusive use of Roam Yoga & Wellness and under penalty of applicable law. We will never give out your email address for any reason. All services cannot be exchanged or credited. Limited wifi is available in the common areas. Availability is not always guaranteed as we are in the jungle.
Duplicate Charges
Any chargebacks made because of duplicate charges will result in a 25% administration fee. ONLY click the submit button ONCE! If you have any issues confirming your reservation or payment, email us to avoid being charged twice.
Transportation Fees
All packages include transportation fees from the local Bocas del Toro Airport to our site on Isla Solarte upon arrival and departure. Additional trips to town, other islands, excursions, and adventures are not paid for by the retreat and are the responsibility for the party who is booking.
